Lady White Co. accepts returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of the original delivery date. All garments must be returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Items
Securely place the items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.
Drop Off
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at an authorized shipping location; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected at our facility.
